Overview

At Dycom Industries, Inc, the Learning & Development Program Manager will lead the design, development, and implementation of impactful learning programs. In this role, you will use your expertise in project management to ensure our learning initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while driving employee growth and organizational performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the entire project lifecycle for L&D programs including needs analysis, content creation, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and timelines ensuring clear milestones and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary contact for project teams, business leaders, and subject matter experts.
  • Manage vendor relationships with training providers and collaborate with instructional designers.
  • Implement evaluation strategies using models like Kirkpatrick to measure program effectiveness and ROI.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning & Development program management.
  • Strong project management skills including planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suites and data-driven learning evaluation.
  • Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies and familiarity with tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Engage in standard office activities and occasionally travel up to 20% for meetings or training.
