Overview

DXC Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Advisory Consultant to drive digital transformation. This role integrates business consulting with IT and digital strategy development to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients.

Role Responsibilities

You will work with leaders and a multidisciplinary team to:

  • Implement a structured methodology to resolve technology business challenges
  • Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities at the nexus of business and technology
  • Lead strategic engagements and work streams from start to finish
  • Support business development efforts and cultivate follow-on business opportunities
  • Create artifacts and collaborate on strategic priorities between DXC and clients
  • Develop thought leadership assets and disseminate content knowledge
  • Engage with senior management to secure buy-in for innovative approaches

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong ServiceNow knowledge with 5+ years of experience
  • Expertise in business consulting and technology strategy
  • Experience in team management and business development
  • Cross-industry insights and proven communication skills
  • Proficiency in German (native or C1 certified)
  • Willingness to travel
