Job Overview
DXC Technology is seeking an experienced O365 support admin to manage, configure, and support Office365 services in a 24x7 operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage O365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Security & Compliance Help.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end user issues and provide guidance to Tier 1 & 2 teams.
- Collaborate with escalation teams and Microsoft for unresolved incidents.
- Architect, design, and implement Office365 solutions with a focus on improvement, governance, and project support.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly ticket trackers and perform analysis.
- Handle individual projects related to new implementations, migrations, or process improvements.
