Job Overview

The P&C Insurance Business Analyst at DXC Technology performs moderately complex analyses of business goals, objectives and needs. This role aligns information technology solutions with business initiatives and acts as a liaison between technical and non-technical personnel.

Essential Job Functions

  • Plan, design and recommend business processes to support activities
  • Analyze and document client business requirements, processes, and create conceptual data and process models
  • Create test scenarios and develop test plans ensuring client needs are incorporated into system design
  • Facilitate meetings with clients to gather requirements and explore potential solutions
  • Coordinate business analyst tasks and support team members during various project phases

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems or related field
  • At least ten years’ experience in business analysis in the Insurance domain, preferably P&C
  • Experience with business processes, re-engineering and basic computer programming concepts
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel

Other Qualifications

  • Experience with Property and Casualty Insurance Billing concepts (Payments, Scheduling, Invoicing)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as SCRUM

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation range for this position is estimated to be between $97,100 and $180,300. DXC Technology offers a comprehensive and flexible benefits program including health, dental, vision, wellness programs, retirement saving plans and paid time off.
