Role Overview

The Business Analyst at DXC Technology will join the Business Analytics Team to support the Customer Service team with detailed reporting, analytics, and insights. This new position plays a key role in improving operational performance and meeting critical targets by leveraging data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis around Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure targets are met
  • Support the customer service team by working closely with the Manager and team members to develop skills and improve service delivery
  • Utilize sentiment analysis to measure customer service quality and extract ratings and insights
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and workflows, including managing SharePoint tools and processes
  • Conduct deep-dive analytics to identify service gaps and key performance indicators for improvement

About You

You have a strong analytical background with experience in reporting and data analysis, and familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Power Query, Python, VBA, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Experience in the Insurance or Workers Compensation industries is a plus. You are comfortable working with data systems and tools and collaborating across teams to communicate insights effectively.
