The Analyst I Infrastructure Services at DXC Technology is responsible for troubleshooting, analytical, and repackaging tasks with a strong customer focus. The role requires in-depth knowledge of Flexera AdminStudio and Windows operating systems, along with expertise in virtualization technologies.

Essential Job Functions

• Background in IT, Computer Science Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of Packaging experience and deep knowledge of Flexera AdminStudio for repackaging legacy setups and customizing 3rd party Vendor MSI’s.
• Expertise in Windows registry, file/folder security, and local/domain user security.
• Proficient with virtualization technologies like Microsoft App-V, VMWare Workstation, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Intune.
• Skilled in troubleshooting complex application issues using Process Monitor, Process Explorer, Dependency Walker, and Installrite.
• Experience with VBScript, HTML, Windows PowerShell and Batch file scripting.
