The Role
This role focuses on referral marketing, affiliate programs, and strategic growth partnerships. As the Referral & Growth Partnerships lead, you will own channels that drive customers to Durable before they even visit the website. The job combines relationship building with growth experiments, leveraging tests and data to scale what works and eliminate what doesn’t.
What You Will Do
- Supercharge our referral program: Scale and optimize the Dub referral platform and create viral loops.
- Own Our Presence Everywhere That Matters: Ensure Durable is highly ranked and reviewed across key platforms such as G2, Capterra, and TrustPilot.
- Track What Actually Matters: Report on channel performance, measure referral-driven revenue, and run A/B tests.
- Activate Our User Community: Engage and mobilize online communities to transform users into advocates.
What You Bring
You are data-led, results-driven, and have a proven track record in growth, partnerships, and affiliate marketing. You use AI to accelerate strategic work and are comfortable with both relationship building and running growth experiments. A minimum of 4 years of experience is required.
