Role Summary

The Account Manager Automotive will join the DuPont Americas Adhesives, Fluids and Multibase commercial team to deliver growth at new and existing customers. Reporting to the AMS Automotive Commercial Leader, you will work closely with key account managers, as well as R&D, innovation, and technical colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
  • Identify and prioritize unmet market needs and drive new product/solution launches.
  • Lead growth projects or application plans integrating technical and commercial resources.

Qualifications

Minimum: University degree in Engineering or Business with a minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Product Management.

Preferred: MBA, experience in the Automotive industry with knowledge of engineering/launch processes, adhesives, B-I-W joining technologies, and vehicle electrification trends.
