Role Overview

We are looking for a Healthcare Strategy Analyst who is excited to grow with us. Join a fast-paced, mission-driven team to make a meaningful impact on the future of healthcare. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of relevant experience and thrives in dynamic environments that require curiosity, adaptability, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support design, implementation, and scaling of population health programs.
  • Manage day-to-day operations for value-based care contract performance.
  • Interface with primary care practices, payers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in data collection, reporting, and analysis for outcomes.
  • Optimize workflows, processes, and playbooks as the organization scales.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years in healthcare operations, management consulting, or startups.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Excel, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a passion for healthcare innovation.
