Sales Advisor at Dueck Downtown
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Advisor located in Vancouver, BC. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their automotive needs, demonstrating both product knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills to provide tailored recommendations.
Daily tasks will include assisting clients throughout the vehicle purchasing process, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include staying informed about the latest product features, managing leads, and coordinating with the sales team for continued success.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Customer Service expertise to ensure a positive client experience and address inquiries promptly.
- Proven skills in Sales, including the ability to meet goals and close deals.
- Experience in Training, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Proactive mindset, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for cars and the automotive industry.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
