What You’ll Do

The Senior Infrastructure Support Analyst works within the IT Infrastructure Services team to support, maintain, and monitor network infrastructure. You will provide support for both on-premises and cloud based networks by collaborating with the Network Engineer team.

  • Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices.
  • Support Azure cloud network infrastructure and related configurations.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and optimize configurations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and network diagrams.
  • Collaborate with internal and external technology partners.

What You’ve Done

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 5+ years of network administration experience in a corporate environment, along with 2+ years of Azure and Zscaler hands-on experience. Must be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of handling complex projects independently.

Additional Information

Travel up to 10%. Must work US business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST). Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the job location. Work is classified as Sedentary and Light.
