Research Assistant in Computational Social Science

This is a 22 Month Fixed Term Contract position (Part-time 0.5 FTE) at Dublin City University, under the School of Law and Government. The role is part of an interdisciplinary Research Ireland funded project focused on applying AI and data-driven methods to analyse governance dynamics and inform ethical, evidence-based policy solutions.

Role Profile

You will report to your Principal Investigator and co-investigators, carrying out project-related tasks along with day-to-day management activities.

Salary & Contract Details

The salary scale is €33,291 and the appointment is commensurate with qualifications and experience, following current Government pay policy.

Remote Working Policy

Employees can work up to 2 days per week remotely, with the majority on-campus to maintain student focus and engagement.
