We’re a small team, growing fast with huge momentum - join early. As our Technical Recruiter, you'll build our talent acquisition function from the ground up across the USA, EU, and LATAM. This is a rare opportunity to take it from 0 to 1, shaping how we hire across the entire company. Decisions move fast, you can implement changes the same day and immediately see the impact. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.

Where you'll create impact

  • Build and execute DualEntry’s recruiting strategy across engineering, AI/ML, Product, GTM, and Leadership roles
  • Source, engage, and close exceptional candidates in competitive recruiting markets, including creative sourcing strategies
  • Partner with Founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, target profiles, technical assessment, and market positioning
  • Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing
  • Establish and continuously improve candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects DualEntry’s bar for excellence
  • Build and manage a repeatable recruiting process, pipeline reporting, and analytics to identify what works
  • Build and define our process, employer brand, and candidate pitch

What sets you up for success

  • Hardcore work ethic and high agency
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth start-ups
  • Deep sourcing expertise: you know how to find and attract talent beyond inbound with creative strategies
  • An analytical approach to identify profitable talent sources and to manage team members against KPIs
  • Practical and high-speed recruitment approach
  • Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up (candidate experience systems, ATS workflows, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Equity: $15,000 - $35,000
  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $100,000
  • Contract type: B2B
