As our Staff Frontend Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications that deliver seamless user experiences. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership, requiring you to deploy daily and make fast decisions. We expect a commitment to excellence and a drive to constantly raise the bar.

Where you'll create impact

• Build, ship, and own major parts of the product UI using React + Next.js.
• Design and optimize interactive experiences to simplify complex workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams for seamless integration and clarity.
• Contribute to architecture, performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across various browsers.
• Help define our frontend system and component library as the company scales.
• Elevate the overall quality of the product through thoughtful details.

What sets you up for success

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency.
• 8+ years of experience in frontend development, specifically with React (Next.js is a strong plus).
• Solid grasp of JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals: scoping, closures, context, prototypes, classes, etc.
• Strong understanding of responsive UI, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Experience building and testing APIs, with comfort in HTTP, Postman, and debugging.
• Clear product thinking, a keen eye for polish, and attention to design details.
• Pragmatic mindset: ability to move forward fast and make reality-based decisions.
• Curiosity and autonomy: propensity to dig in, learn fast, and solve problems independently.
• Fluent in English (C1+) with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $40,000 - $60,000
• Base Salary: $110,000 - $175,000
• Contract type: B2B
