About the Role

The Senior Frontend Engineer at DualEntry will build, ship, and own major parts of our product UI using React and Next.js. This role is key for increasing our product velocity and bringing DualEntry’s AI-powered accounting platform to leading companies.

What You Will Do

  • Build, ship, and own major UI components
  • Design and optimize interactive and responsive experiences
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams
  • Contribute to system architecture, performance, and accessibility
  • Define and enhance our frontend component library

How You Will Work

You will work closely with the founders, product/design teams, and backend engineers, maintaining full ownership of your work while deploying daily and making fast decisions.

Success Criteria

  • 8+ years of frontend development experience
  • Expertise in React and Next.js
  • Strong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals
  • Deep understanding of responsive UI, accessibility, and usability
  • Experience with API development and debugging
  • Clear product thinking and attention to design details
  • Pragmatic and autonomous problem-solver

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $100K–$175K USD
  • Equity: ~$40K+ USD
  • Option for B2B or full-time permanent position
  • Remote-first setup with preference for Eastern European time zones and US EST overlap
  • 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays
  • Visa sponsorship option for future NYC relocation
