The Role: Sales Associate

We are seeking a Part-time Sales Associate for our DSW banner. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service standards to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales and web orders, as directed by the Store Manager. Success in this role hinges on your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively, and execute operational excellence.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain exceptional product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• Provide a shopping experience that ensures uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity to encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned to support store operations.
