Student Assistant - Enterprise Integration Compliance & Administration Support
DSV Global IT is seeking a motivated Student Assistant to support compliance, structure, and collaboration within its global IT organization. This role offers hands-on experience in governance, IT processes, and international teamwork, ideal for someone who enjoys creating order and supporting others in a fast-paced environment.
About The Role
As a Student Assistant in the Enterprise Integrations Compliance Team, you will be crucial in maintaining the structure, compliance, and smooth operation of our global integration organization. Based at our HQ in Hedehusene, you will support the Internal Integration Service Director and the compliance team with administrative, coordination, documentation, and governance-related tasks. You will engage with stakeholders across various regions and functions, gaining exposure to global IT and compliance practices. DSV fosters a culture of responsibility, process improvement, and cross-border collaboration, where you will be entrusted with real tasks and encouraged to contribute with structure, initiative, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating global meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Maintaining organization charts, documentation libraries, and shared mailboxes.
- Supporting the preparation of presentations, reports, dashboards, and internal communications.
- Providing administrative and coordination support to managers and stakeholders.
- Assisting with compliance activities like access reviews, audits, and evidence collection.
- Performing quality checks on documentation and maintaining audit logs, risk registers, and tracking sheets.
- Following up on actions, owners, and deadlines across the team.
- Supporting process documentation, policies, and training materials.
- Uploading and distributing training content, and supporting training planning and reporting.
About You
You are structured, reliable, and enjoy providing support. You have a knack for working with documentation, processes, and coordination, and are comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders in an international setting. We are looking for someone who:
- Is currently pursuing a degree in business, communication, IT, compliance, or a related field.
- Is proficient with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and AI tools.
- Has a keen interest in IT environments, governance, and structured processes.
- Possesses a strong sense of quality, organization, and follow-through.
- Communicates clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English.
- Handles confidential information with discretion.
