Customer Service Agent at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics

Your Activities

  • Communication between service providers and customers.
  • Clarification and processing of complaints on a daily basis.
  • Shift work (05:30 – 20:00) partly Saturday.
  • General customer service via phone and email.
  • Contact with service providers in the KEP sector (Courier, Express, Parcel).
  • Creation of customer invoices and complaint processing.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist (m/f/d), and relevant professional experience.
  • Knowledge in customer service is an advantage.
  • Good MS-Office skills (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • High communication competence, confident demeanor, and service and customer orientation.
  • Proficient use of common MS Office applications and experience with CRM systems.
  • Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
