Your Responsibilities
- Ensure professional and smooth processing of our drivers (m/f/d).
- Book and control incoming goods on time in SAP.
- Independently handle customer complaints and find practical solutions for clarification cases.
- Reliably coordinate container planning and delivery dates.
- Create and maintain statistics and relevant key figures.
- Take over administrative and organizational tasks in daily business.
- Create, check, and release internal transport orders.
- Be responsible for pallet and empty container management, including inventory.
- Work closely and solution-orientedly with our warehouse staff and internal interfaces.
- Monitor our master data and maintain changes.
Your Profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a Kaufmann for Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/f/d), Kaufmann for Büromanagement (m/f/d), or a comparable commercial apprenticeship.
- Alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with initial experience in the logistics or freight forwarding sector.
- Proficient in SAP.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Confident communication in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Structured, responsible, and highly committed work approach.
- Team player who maintains an overview even in dynamic situations.
