IT Project Manager - Legal Risk & Compliance

As an IT Project Manager - Legal Risk & Compliance in Digital Function at dsm-firmenich, you'll be at the heart of leading and shaping transformative digital solutions that drive real business impact. You’ll co-create strategic roadmaps with Business Product Owners from Legal Risk & Compliance, translating vision into action and leading cross-functional teams from ideation to delivery. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Roadmap Definition: Co-create and refine digital product roadmaps aligned with business goals and transformation priorities.
  • Value Delivery & Outcome Alignment: Ensure products deliver measurable value using KPIs and success metrics.
  • End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Inspire and guide teams across engineering, design, data, and business.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Serve as the central contact for product communications and manage expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Monitor performance, gather feedback, and drive innovation.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in digital/IT project management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives and influence diverse audiences including leadership teams.
  • Ability to drive projects from demand to operations.
  • Political savviness and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Drive, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Domain experience in legal risk and compliance.
  • Experience in deploying Service Now modules is a plus.
  • Fluent English is a must, fluent Spanish or French is a plus.
  • Ideal Background: Candidates with a mix of consultancy (management or tech, business-focused) and industry/startup experience tend to excel in this role. This blend fosters strategic thinking, storytelling, and influence from consultancy, and execution, value delivery, and resilience from industry/startups.
