About DSCOVR
At DSCOVR, we develop a B2B SaaS Sales Performance Management platform. In this role, you will work within the data engineering area and collaborate closely with the Operations and Sales teams to support the product team in implementing data models.
The ideal candidate has a strong interest in SQL/Python programming and a passion for working with large databases. Even if your educational or professional background doesn't perfectly match all requirements, but you believe you have the skills to succeed in the role, please apply.
Main Responsibilities of the Junior Data Engineer
- Lead the technical SaaS onboarding for new B2B clients, including data requirements analysis and platform configuration.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding platform, integration, and configuration issue resolution.
- Support client operations in using the DSCOVR API for CRM and HR integrations and in optimizing datasets/models for data exchange.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English language skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (data integration, implementation, technical support) within SaaS, CRM, HR technologies, or sales engagement solutions.
- Solid skills in data manipulation using ETL and SQL.
- Basic knowledge of DBT (Data Build Tool).
- Programming skills in Python.
- Experience with API integrations and understanding of web technologies (RESTful).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
