We are seeking two safety-oriented Production Workers for our Nummela factory. If you enjoy hands-on work, want to see concrete results, and thrive in an active production environment, this is the role for you.
We offer you the opportunity to develop within a professional team where every contribution is valued. These are full-time, permanent positions. We currently operate in two shifts: morning shifts (6 AM - 2 PM) and evening shifts (2 PM - 10 PM). Readiness for occasional weekend or night work is also required.
What Your Role Includes
In your daily work, you will operate production machinery, playing a key role in ensuring machine efficiency and product quality. Operating safely and customer-orientedly in all situations is paramount.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
It is essential to have an understanding of working in a safety-oriented production environment and a natural desire for continuous improvement, development, and learning new things. Success in this role is supported by:
