Job Summary

Support US PR team in raising overall brand awareness for Drunk Elephant in the US market, including assistance in planning and executing mailers, launches, influencer collaborations and events.

Influencer - What You Will Do

• You will own management of influencer marketing and UGC platforms, including developing strategy to align with campaign objectives, managing day-to-day execution and building reports.
• You will own the gifting program, including curating mailing lists, coordinating timelines with the influencer team and fulfillment vendor, and analyzing results.
• You will manage our fulfillment vendor from shipments to inventory to billing; delegate product requests and send-outs to the team in partnership with the intern.
• You will ideate on programming tactics for nano and micro influencers, including creator discovery, outreach, and relationship-building.
• You will assist the Senior Manager in execution of paid influencer programming.

Media - What You Will Do

• You will maintain relationships with key editors, including gifting, pitching, and media list management.
• You will oversee awards submissions and timeline management.
• You will research trends for new pitch angles and identify new target outlets.
• You will compile quarterly press results reports to cascade to cross-functional teams.

Events - What You Will Do

• You will support event execution across logistics, vendor management, travel coordination, product fulfillment, and on-site support.
• You will manage event invoices and serve as coder for the communications team.

Forecasting & Budget - What You Will Do

• You will maintain product inventory and order new products on a monthly basis.
• You will help forecast for new product launches and lab samples.
• You will support management of the office closet in partnership with the team intern.

Reporting - What You Will Do

• You will own UGC and micro influencer program reporting, including Tribe Dynamics monitoring, benchmarking, and reporting presentation.
• You will monitor press coverage and create engaging multi-media presentations for brand meetings.
• You will regularly identify and share competitor insights across the beauty, social, and creator landscape.

Administrative Support - What You Will Do

• You will organize ongoing team status calls, provide call agendas, and take and distribute recap notes.
• You will research, manage and fulfill various executive requests with assistance from the team intern. You will track progress and proactively share updates with the wider team.
• You will collaborate with the team and cross-functional groups for requests and materials.

Who You Are

• You must have 2+ years of public relations, communications, influencer and/or media experience with excellent organizational, creative, and analytical skills.
• You have knowledge of online and social media and beauty landscape.
• Fluency in Social Media platforms (ex. TikTok and Instagram), as well as Microsoft Office applications (ex. PowerPoint and Excel).

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.
