Job Description

Role Description

The Talent Brand team at Dropbox helps people see the company as more than just a workplace; it's a place where creativity, community, and impact converge. We specialize in telling stories that attract individuals who will shape the future of distributed, AI-powered work.

As Dropbox accelerates its transformation into an AI-first company, compelling storytelling has become more crucial than ever. The Talent Brand Creative & Campaigns Lead spearheads the narrative, bringing the Dropbox Talent Brand to life through engaging campaigns, diverse content, and robust employee advocacy initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and developing compelling stories, campaigns, and creative expressions that foster a deeper emotional connection to Dropbox as an employer. Leveraging AI technology and collaborating with agency partners, you will define the end-to-end content strategy, lead social creative development, and orchestrate global and localized campaigns designed to resonate with key talent audiences.

Additionally, you will serve as our Poland market lead, a region with a thriving Dropbox hub, adapting creative and campaign activations to meet specific local needs and cultural contexts.

You will work closely with Talent Brand teammates in Brand & Insights to ensure creative direction is data-driven, and with Experiential Activation to amplify and extend event-based storytelling effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative direction and content strategy across all global and localized Talent Brand campaigns.
  • Develop social content, including copy, scripts, and visual direction, guiding stakeholder alignment and approvals in collaboration with Talent Brand & Insights.
  • Oversee the entire storytelling pipeline, from initial ideation and narrative architecture to the final creative asset development.
  • Strategize, design, and manage the ongoing employee advocacy program (e.g., DSMN8), empowering employees to share authentic, on-brand stories.
  • Shape the Talent Community engagement strategy, including newsletters, storytelling series, updates, and distribution channels.
  • Partner with Brand & Insights to ensure creative initiatives are insight-backed, consistent with the Employer Value Proposition, and optimized for performance.
  • Collaborate with Experiential Activation to plan pre-, during-, and post-event content capture, storytelling, and amplification.
  • Lead the Poland market strategy, working with International Recruiting and local market teams, to ensure localized creative, campaigns, and activations are culturally relevant and impactful.
  • Maintain narrative consistency across all channels, including social media, career site content (produced with Brand & Insights), events, and internal communications.
  • Manage creative workflows and agency relationships, ensuring efficiency, high quality, and adherence to Dropbox brand guidelines.
  • Prepare for AI-enabled creative scaling by establishing modular and automated creative systems.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in creative strategy, content development, campaign production, and/or brand storytelling.
  • Strong writing, concepting, and narrative development skills.
  • Demonstrated experience building social media content for brand storytelling, encompassing short-form, visual, and multimedia formats.
  • Proven experience developing integrated campaigns and/or multi-channel narratives.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, creative workflows, and review cycles.
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort partnering with key stakeholders and diverse teams.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to pitch creative ideas to varied audiences.
  • Data-aware approach to creativity, comfortable using insights to refine direction and measure impact.
  • Comfort in applying 'HR as a Product' thinking to creative operations and campaign planning.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools for creative ideation, content creation, or workflow acceleration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience directing video, photography, or social-first content.
