Team Description

The Dropbox Product Management Team envisions and builds the future of work while growing the business one product at a time. The team uses data, research, strategy, and empathy to guide cross-functional teams in creating transformative products that delight users.

Role Description

As a Senior Product Manager on the Dash in Core team, you will set the vision and guide multidisciplinary teams to ship high quality, customer-centric products. Your role involves bringing AI-powered experiences to Dropbox's Core user base, evolving product functionality, and ensuring customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Own features and experiments from ideation to launch.
  • Write product requirement documents and drive cross-functional execution.
  • Prioritize roadmap balancing operating needs, improvements, and new features.
  • Engage with marketing, user research, customer experience, and design to understand customer needs.
  • Drive results by identifying problems, developing solutions, and forecasting impact.
  • Develop expertise in universal search, agentic workflows, automation, chat/assistance, and AI productivity tooling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience on customer-facing products with search, automation, or AI/ML workflows.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Deep understanding and empathy for end-users.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to anticipate product edge cases.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong data analytics skills with experience querying and analyzing data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-responsibility environment.

Compensation

Canada Pay Range: $178,500—$241,500 CAD annual salary/OTE. This is only one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package including bonuses, RSUs, and benefits.
