Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager on the Dash in Core team at Dropbox, you will set a clear vision for AI-powered experiences for our Core user base. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to ship high quality products, drive outcomes, and deliver customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Own features and experiments end-to-end.
  • Write product requirement documents and drive cross-functional execution.
  • Balance roadmaps between operational activities and new feature innovation.
  • Engage with marketing, user research, and customer experience teams to understand user needs.
  • Ship products that deliver measurable outcomes and customer delight.
  • Build expertise in universal search, agentic workflows, automation, chat/assistance, and AI productivity tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience on customer-facing products.
  • Proven track record with search, automation, or AI/ML features.
  • Data-driven decision making and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong data analytics skill set to generate insights.
  • Excitement for a fast-paced, multi-responsibility environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $178,500—$241,500 CAD. In addition to salary, employees enjoy a comprehensive rewards package including corporate bonuses, RSUs, flexible PTO, wellness benefits, monthly internet allowance, and much more.
