Team Description
The Dropbox Product Management Team crafts transformative products through data, research, and empathy. By integrating product management, user research, data analytics, and go-to-market planning, the team builds solutions that make work intuitive and enjoyable.
Role Description
As a Senior Product Manager on the Dash in Core team, you will drive AI-powered experiences to enhance Dropbox's Core product. You will set and execute a product roadmap, lead cross-functional teams, and balance feature innovation with operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Own features and experiments end-to-end, writing detailed product requirement documents.
- Prioritize and balance the roadmap between operations, enhancements, and new features.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deeply understand customer needs.
- Develop solutions informed by quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Become an expert in universal search, automation, and AI productivity tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with customer-facing products.
- Proven track record with search, automation, or AI/ML workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive decisions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate edge cases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong data analytics skills for independent insights.
- Experience in fast-paced, multi-responsibility environments.
Compensation
US Zone 2: $185,100—$250,500 USD US Zone 3: $164,600—$222,600 USD. Compensation is determined by job level, location, skillset, and peer benchmarks.
