Role Overview: Senior Content Designer
You will shape and elevate the core product by crafting content strategy and UX writing for tools used by millions daily. The role emphasizes collaboration with product designers, PMs, engineers, and researchers to drive business goals and meet user needs.
Responsibilities
- Own content strategy and UX writing for core Dropbox features.
- Deliver high-quality UX writing for menus, onboarding, settings, and user flows.
- Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language.
- Create and maintain consistent content guidelines across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with business and user needs.
- Participate in workshops and critiques to refine content design.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional writing with at least 5 years focusing on in-product content.
- Experience in crafting end-to-end user experiences.
- Proven track record in following and developing writing style guidelines.
- Experience writing for mobile apps and multiple platforms.
- Portfolio demonstrating content design skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with productivity tools.
- Ability to showcase the impact of content design.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is CAD $136,000—$184,000 annually. In addition, Dropbox offers a comprehensive total rewards package including bonus programs, RSUs, flexible PTO, mental health benefits, and more.
Location Eligibility
This role is open to candidates in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Saskatchewan.
