Role Overview

The Principal HR Business Partner Sales and GTM at Dropbox supports the Chief Business Officer by driving impactful HR strategies. This role involves partnering with senior leaders to enhance organizational health, talent development, and business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategies to improve organizational health and talent development.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and provide candid coaching to senior leaders.
  • Lead the People Rhythm including performance, compensation, succession planning, and engagement.
  • Champion Dropbox values and foster a culture of inclusion and high performance.
  • Deliver thought leadership on HR practices such as organizational design and change management.
  • Anticipate organizational needs and introduce innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Mentor and coach within the People team, bolstering the HRBP community.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with significant HRBP exposure.
  • Proven track record in driving organizational change with data-driven insights.
  • Expertise in employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent planning, and organizational design.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in leading high-performing HR teams.
  • Familiarity with AI industry technologies and ethical principles.
  • Experience with global organizational transformations and change management initiatives.
  • Advanced degree or professional HR certification.
