Role Overview
The People Team Data Analyst, Talent Acquisition at Dropbox partners with Talent Acquisition, People Partners, and business leaders to analyze hiring data to improve recruiting strategy, workforce planning, and candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner on analytics to improve hiring effectiveness and quality.
- Monitor and analyze core Talent Acquisition metrics.
- Build relationships to translate business questions into clear insights.
- Investigate complex data challenges using data forensics.
- Contribute to TA reporting and dashboard visualizations.
Requirements
- BA/BS in an analytical or quantitative discipline.
- 3+ years HR analytics experience with recruiting insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and statistical tools.
- Strong data storytelling and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Tableau, R, Python and strong executive presentation skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $104,600—$141,500 CAD, along with bonus programs, RSUs, comprehensive health benefits, flexible PTO, and additional perks. Dropbox is committed to the holistic wellbeing of its employees.
