The Dropbox People Team designs a workplace where every Dropboxer can thrive. Using a human-centered HR as a Product approach, the team innovates in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnership, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and Employee Experience.
Role Overview
As a People Team Data Analyst Talent Acquisition, you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Partners, and business leaders to analyze hiring data, uncover trends, and drive insights that improve workforce planning, recruiting strategy, and candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner on analytics initiatives to improve hiring effectiveness and quality.
- Monitor core Talent Acquisition metrics and identify trends.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and translate business questions into analyses.
- Conduct independent data investigations and deliver high-impact insights.
- Ensure data quality through validation, standardization, and shared toolkits.
- Contribute to TA reporting, dashboards, and data model enhancements.
Requirements
- BA/BS in an analytical or quantitative field.
- Minimum 3 years in an HR or stakeholder facing Data Analytics role.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and analytical tools such as R or Python.
- Strong storytelling with data and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively under ambiguous conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Tableau, R, or Python beyond basics.
- Strong executive presence in verbal presentations.
Compensation & Zone Details
This role is available only in US Zone 2 and US Zone 3. Salary ranges from approximately $123,900 to $167,700 USD for Zone 2 and $110,200 to $149,000 USD for Zone 3.
