Role Description
As a Learning Program Manager at Dropbox, you will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of high-impact learning programs across the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities span leadership development, VP onboarding, technology-enabled learning, and managing a company-wide coaching program. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Learning Designers, People Analytics, external vendors, and senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, insight-driven learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Operate Dropbox’s coaching program from manager to VP level.
- Lead execution of multiple L&D programs and onboarding initiatives.
- Partner with Learning Designers to evolve programs using feedback and data.
- Define and implement a learning metrics strategy for continuous improvement.
- Manage integrated calendars and dashboards to ensure alignment.
- Deliver technology-enabled learning in a Virtual First environment.
- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 4–6 years of experience in L&D, program management or HR strategy.
- Proven ability to manage coaching programs and leadership initiatives.
- Experience operationalizing metrics and evaluating learning programs.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with instructional designers and user researchers.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CPLP, or similar credentials.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and leadership frameworks.
- Experience with modern LXP/LMS platforms and integrations.
- Proficiency in tools like Airtable, Asana, Google Workspace, and Tableau.
- Interest in applying AI tools ethically in learning and productivity.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range is $91,800–$124,200 CAD, with additional benefits including bonus programs, RSUs, flexible PTO, wellness benefits, monthly internet allowance, and more. Dropbox supports responsible AI use and provides equitable benefits across its global workforce.
Location
This is a Virtual First role available to candidates from Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Saskatchewan.
