The Dropbox Marketing Team is a blend of storytellers and strategists who craft narratives, drive digital and brand strategies, and collaborate across Product, Sales, and Engineering to make work better for millions.

Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled event marketing professional to support the Head of Event Marketing at Dropbox. You will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing events that align with business objectives and resonate with key audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support the event marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute various events including hospitality, sponsorship, conferences, and digital webinars.
  • Manage operational requirements such as timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Maintain a rolling event calendar with key milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event strategy and messaging.
  • Analyze event performance using data-driven insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative event concepts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in event marketing within the tech industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative team attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with digital event formats.
  • Comfort with data analysis for decision-making.
  • A passion for bringing brand principles to life through events.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $88,400—$119,600 CAD annually. In addition to a competitive salary, Dropbox offers bonuses, stock options, flexible PTO, perks allowances, mental health benefits, and more.

Additional Information
