Team & Role Overview
As a Data Analytics Developer, you will join our analytics and operations team to design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and self-serve platforms. You will ensure data quality and reliability that supports key decision-making across GTM teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize data pipelines, datamarts and self-serve platforms using Airflow and SQL.
- Develop schema designs and maintain data governance for high quality reporting.
- Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, and implement fixes for timely reporting.
- Integrate GTM systems data for comprehensive, accurate insights.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, RevOps, and other teams to translate business requirements.
Requirements
- 6-8 years experience in a data-focused role.
- Expertise in SQL and modern data warehouses like Databricks, Snowflake.
- Proficiency with ETL tools such as Airflow and scripting with Python.
- Strong understanding of schema design, data warehousing and governance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, curious, and a motivated problem solver.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $101,600—$137,400 CAD. In addition to competitive pay, employees are eligible for bonuses, RSUs, and comprehensive benefits including flexible PTO, wellness benefits, and more.
Location & Eligibility
This role is virtual and candidates must be located in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, or Saskatchewan.
