Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines and datamarts using tools like Airflow and SQL transformations.
  • Develop schema designs that align with business needs to ensure consistency and performance.
  • Maintain data quality by monitoring pipeline health, troubleshooting issues, and implementing fixes.
  • Integrate and maintain GTM systems data ensuring high integrity and seamless cross-platform integration.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, RevOps, and Enablement teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years in data-focused roles such as data analyst or analytics engineer.
  • Expertise in SQL and modern data warehouses (Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Proficiency with ETL tools including Airflow and scripting languages like Python.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, schema design, and governance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Superset) and debugging.
