CX Video Content Design Intern at Dropbox
We’re looking for a Video Content Design Intern to support the creation and maintenance of customer-facing educational videos. In this role, you’ll work closely with content designers, multimedia partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to help update, organize, and publish video tutorials and learning content across Dropbox’s education platforms.
You’ll contribute to projects that keep our video library accurate, easy to navigate, and helpful at scale. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how educational content is planned, produced, reviewed, and maintained for a global audience. You’ll gain experience working within established production workflows while developing your video editing, visual storytelling, and project coordination skills.
In our Virtual First work culture, you’ll connect with with Dropboxers virtually and in-person to build the foundation of a strong professional network. As a Summer intern, you will also have the opportunity to attend our Emerging Talent Summit, where participants from our intern and early-career programs come together in person to build lasting relationships, explore learning and development opportunities, and prepare for their career journey ahead.
For Summer 2026, we offer two start dates culminating in a 12-week internship:
- May 26 - August 14, 2026
- June 30 - Sep 18, 2026
Responsibilities
- Support the creation, updating, and publishing of educational video and multimedia content
- Assist with scripting, editing, organizing, and preparing learning assets for multiple platforms and distribution surfaces
- Learn and follow established production workflows, templates, and best practices
- Help maintain and organize a centralized library of customer education content, including updates and review cycles
- Participate in content reviews and incorporate feedback from cross-functional stakeholders
- Support content quality, consistency, and scalability initiatives, including basic audits to identify outdated or duplicate assets
- Assist with tracking content performance and engagement, contributing to insights that inform future improvements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree or a recent graduate in Multimedia, Communications, Film, Design, Marketing, Education, or a related field completed by Spring 2028
- Interest in content creation, visual storytelling, and digital media
- Basic experience creating video or digital content through coursework, personal projects, or internships
- Familiarity with video or social platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or similar
- Understanding of how titles, thumbnails, and descriptions influence video engagement
- Curiosity about how AI tools or automation can support content creation workflows
- Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and ability to learn and follow established guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience editing video using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, including basic cuts, audio cleanup, and exporting
- Experience creating screen recordings or instructional videos using tools like Loom or similar
- Familiarity with preparing content for review and publication
- Comfort using collaboration and project management tools
- Interest in contributing ideas to improve video clarity, engagement, or organization
Compensation
US Pay Range
$5,000—$5,500 USD
The rate listed above is the expected monthly rate for this role, subject to change.

Team Description
Our Emerging Talent program helps participants grow through mentorship, curated development opportunities, and being a part of a vibrant community. We offer a 12-week summer program where interns can build their technical and non-technical skills, hone their career goals, and connect with peers and leaders at our annual Summit.
Virtual First
