Role Description
As the Corporate Infrastructure Engineering Manager, Cloud Infrastructure, you will drive results by leading a team of 5-10 engineers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define technical strategies, and foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence in a virtual-first setting.

- Oversee software and architecture quality with risk mitigation.
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed on your team.
Responsibilities
You will identify impactful opportunities, inspire your team, foster personal and professional growth, and maintain high standards for technical excellence. You will also ensure that best practices in code reviews, version control, and CI/CD are followed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience with an engineering team.
- Minimum 5 years as a software engineer or equivalent technical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in global cloud environments (AWS, GCP, OCI, Azure) and proficiency with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and AWS CloudFormation. Experience in driving engineering best practices is a plus.
Compensation
This role offers competitive salary ranges based on zones. For Zone 2, the salary is between $180,800 and $244,600 USD and for Zone 3, between $160,700 and $217,300 USD.
