Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the digital marketing team in driving online visibility, executing and maintaining digital marketing initiatives, and measuring performance of hotel websites and paid media campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Internship or academic experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related areas is a plus. Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) is preferred. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, paid media, email marketing, and analytics. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are required. Good written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn and take initiative are essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with routine website updates including content, images, and links.
- Conduct regular audits of brand standards on hotel websites and OTA platforms.
- Support monitoring of online listings and promotional content consistency.
- Pull and organize digital performance data for reporting with tools like Google Analytics.
- Prepare performance reports, conduct competitive research, and track brand compliance.
- Perform basic on-page SEO tasks and identify SEO errors using SEMrush or Google Search Console.
- Assist in marketing calendars, project tracking, and internal communications.
- Participate in team meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.
