The Role

The Business Applications NetSuite Specialist will work closely with multiple departments to analyze, design, develop, and implement solutions across platforms including NetSuite ERP, Salesforce, Agile PLM, DealHub, and more. You will identify improvement opportunities, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure system scalability as the business grows.

  • Own key business systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Agile PLM, etc.)
  • Translate business needs into system configurations and customizations.
  • Manage integrations and third-party tools for automated workflows.
  • Provide Tier-2 support and document all processes.
  • Deploy reporting functions to track system performance and benchmarks.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include leading system lifecycle projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously monitoring system performance. You will also support business application issues, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and document everything.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience with ERP and CRM systems, especially NetSuite and Salesforce
  • Experience as a systems analyst and in service ownership
  • Strong analytical, communication, and multi-project management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile PLM, DealHub, integration platforms and APIs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business or related field
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures
  • A kind, positive, and collaborative attitude
