Overview

The Area Manager Operations Western Ontario role at Driven Brands Inc. focuses on overseeing and managing multiple CARSTAR® facilities in Western Ontario, ensuring excellent customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee operations of multiple locations in the district.
• Ensure all locations maintain high standards in customer service and operational efficiency.
• Implement standard operating procedures and conduct regular audits.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to managers and staff.
• Monitor financial performance and develop plans for profitability improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in district or multi-unit management in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and operational objectives.
• Ability to analyze financial data and create effective action plans.
• Willingness to travel frequently within and outside the district.
