Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and help automotive dealerships get the most out of the industry’s leading AI-driven CRM platform. As the original AI automotive CRM company, DriveCentric is redefining how the industry approaches CRM — and our Account Managers are central to that mission.

In this role, you’ll focus on reducing churn by ensuring customers fully adopt and optimize our platform, while also driving revenue growth through upselling strategic add-ons. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that blends relationship management, consultative guidance, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

Retention & Optimization

  • Serve as the trusted advisor to your portfolio of dealership accounts.
  • Partner with customers to align platform capabilities with their business goals.
  • Monitor account health, identify risks, and implement strategies to ensure retention.
  • Conduct business reviews and deliver actionable insights that demonstrate ROI.

Upselling & Revenue Growth

  • Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of our platform through add-ons.
  • Consistently exceed growth targets with an uncapped earnings structure.

Customer Engagement & Enablement

  • Drive adoption by coaching customers on best practices and new features.
  • Provide proactive outreach, ensuring accounts are maximizing value from the CRM.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback that informs product improvements.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or related role in SaaS.
  • Automotive industry experience required (dealership operations, CRM, or DMS knowledge).
  • Strong track record of reducing churn, driving adoption, and generating upsell revenue.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple dealership accounts effectively.

Compensation & Culture

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped earnings on upsells.
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k).
  • Incredible company culture — people love working here.
  • Opportunity to grow your career with the best-in-class CRM that is changing the industry.
