Role Overview
The Business Development Representative is the engine behind our extreme growth. In this role, you will prospect small to medium-sized businesses nationwide through outbound cold calls, emails, and social outreach. You will be responsible for booking qualified introductory appointments and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect via outbound cold calls, emails, and social channels.
- Utilize the Orum dialer for high-volume calling.
- Book 15 qualified introductory appointments weekly.
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records.
- Meet weekly outreach and monthly appointment goals.
What You Bring
Previous cold calling or high-volume phone experience, strong communication skills, and a resilient, results-driven mindset are required. Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and familiarity with tools like Orum are a plus.
