Role Overview: Graduate Engineer Trainee - Data Analysis

This position involves gathering, cleaning, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather data from internal and external sources.
• Maintain, clean, and validate data for accuracy.
• Organize raw data into structured formats.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights.
• Use statistical techniques and data mining tools.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Create clear visualizations with charts, graphs, and dashboards.
• Present analytical results to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Build simple data pipelines for routine tasks.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and software teams.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Continuously learn new tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and data technologies.
• Maintain documentation for datasets and analysis methodologies.
• Ensure reproducibility and transparency in work.
• Leverage ERP experience in data processes.
• Minimum of 2 years experience required.
