The Remote Administrative Assistant Role

DRG is seeking a skilled professional to provide support during a maternity leave, anticipated to be a 10-month temporary contract. This Remote Administrative Assistant will primarily offer calendar management and administrative support to DRG’s Leadership Team, including the CEO, Partners, and Principals. You will also collaborate on various administrative projects with the broader team.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling and Calendar Management
  • Manage calendars and scheduling for members of the Leadership Team.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal/external stakeholders to arrange meetings.
  • Handle complex scheduling needs across multiple time zones and high-priority projects.
General Administrative Support
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Leadership Team, including maintaining files and formatting documents.
  • Assist the Operations team with proofreading and preparing essential documents.
Technical and Operational Support

Proficiency in the following tools and systems is essential:

  • Outlook (for calendar, scheduling, and meeting logistics)
  • Teams/Zoom/other conferencing platforms
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (basic to intermediate skills)
  • Shared drives, OneDrive, SharePoint, or similar document management systems

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a collaborative team player with at least five years of corporate administrative assistant experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong time management abilities. This role requires the capability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment while partnering effectively with diverse team members. Compensation and Work Details

This is an hourly, remote contractor position with an anticipated workload of 10-15 hours per week at a rate of $35 per hour. The contractor should be able to distribute the total hours daily over the course of the week.

Location

This is a remote position with flexible location; staff work from home offices or shared workspaces.
