Role Overview
The Security Researcher will harness the power of Dream’s trillions of security signals to diagnose and alert on the latest attacker behaviors, drive context-rich signals, construct innovative research tools, and detect advanced attacker techniques.
Responsibilities
- Analyze network devices, configurations and security products.
- Implement methods to discover network topology and lateral movement paths.
- Conduct network security assessments and recommend mitigations.
- Develop research tools and frameworks for automatic analyses.
- Research cybersecurity threats and network-related trends.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and AI teams.
- Act as a security subject matter expert in multidisciplinary teams.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
- Deep understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and security principles.
- Experience with network topologies, captures, and flows.
- Strong knowledge of security mechanisms, products, and detection techniques.
- Excellent coding skills for developing end-to-end POCs.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluency in English.
