Overview

Drata is seeking a motivated, curious, and solutions-driven Solutions Engineer - EMEA to help customers overcome complex technical challenges. You will support the sales and channel teams, demonstrate technical value, and drive successful outcomes for new and existing customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Account Executives and Channel Managers on customer engagements
  • Be the primary technical contact for Drata’s channel and MSSP programs in EMEA
  • Support technical proof of concepts and product demonstrations
  • Align customer pain points with effective solutions
  • Communicate customer needs to product and engineering teams
  • Conduct competitive research to aid strategic positioning
  • Assist in creating financial business cases and managing RFP/RFI responses

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong, curious mindset with a passion for technology
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new solutions and technologies
  • Excellent collaboration skills across multiple teams
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • 2+ years experience in a Sales/Solutions Engineer role in the SaaS space
  • Technical knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, and other cloud tools
