Compliance Analyst

Role Summary

The Compliance Analyst is a key member of the Governance, Risk and Compliance team. This role supports and assists with the organization-wide data privacy strategy and compliance framework.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Partner cross functionally to draft, maintain, and enforce company policies and standards
• Assist with regulatory analysis and interpretation
• Liaise with external auditors and internal stakeholders for successful SOC 2 attestation
• Manage privacy-related inquiries and data subject requests
• Conduct internal audits and scanning of cookies and tracking technologies
• Perform privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs)
• Support vendor due diligence and compliance documentation
• Develop cybersecurity and data privacy training materials
• Address AI-related privacy issues in a technical environment

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of compliance experience
• CISA, CIPP certification a plus
• Experience with OneTrust GRC solutions preferred
• Knowledge of data protection regulatory requirements
• Strong personal integrity and confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
