What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years at the Staff or Principal level
• Proven track record of building and shipping crypto-native systems—whether protocols, infra, or full-stack products
• Deep expertise in system design, distributed systems, and production-grade architecture
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional technical initiatives
• Strong comfort operating in high-ambiguity, fast-paced startup environments
• Bonus: contributed to open-source crypto projects or participated in core protocol engineering

About The Role(s)

Depending on the team, as a Senior Staff Engineer Crypto Web3, you could be:

• Leading architecture and implementation of a new L1/L2, onchain product, or zero-knowledge protocol
• Building developer platforms, staking infra, or MEV-aware systems at scale
• Driving technical strategy and roadmap for teams shipping complex crypto systems
• Mentoring engineers and establishing engineering culture at the earliest stages
• Working directly with founders and research teams to push forward novel mechanisms or primitives
