We have multiple companies actively hiring Protocol Engineers at different levels and in various specializations.About The Role
This posting is to connect you directly with one or more of the companies in our portfolio that are actively hiring Protocol Engineers. Depending on the team, your responsibilities may include:- Designing and shipping new blockchain protocols focused on scalability, security, and decentralization.
- Conducting crypto and protocol research, exploring advanced cryptography, zero-knowledge proofs, and novel consensus mechanisms.
- Building cross-chain interoperability solutions, enabling seamless communication between different blockchains.
- Improving and upgrading existing protocols, contributing directly to live, high-impact blockchain ecosystems.
- Collaborating on open-source initiatives, working closely with crypto-native communities to push the space forward.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep experience building and deploying blockchain protocols or decentralized systems at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Rust, Go, or other systems-level languages.
- Experience with blockchain architecture, cryptographic primitives, or consensus algorithms.
- Familiarity with smart contract development (CosmWasm, Solidity, or similar frameworks).
- Interest or experience in open-source contributions, blockchain security, or crypto-native research.
