What We're Looking For in a Crypto Product Manager

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in product management, including at least 1 year specifically within the crypto, DeFi, or blockchain sectors, with a focus on L1/L2 blockchain or DeFi protocols. Prior experience as a software engineer is considered a significant advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: A robust understanding of blockchain architectures, various consensus mechanisms, and smart contract development is essential. Familiarity with the Cosmos SDK and its ecosystem tools will be highly beneficial.
• Leadership: Demonstrated capability to effectively lead cross-functional teams, manage intricate projects, and drive product strategy from initial concept through to successful execution.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders.

About The Crypto Product Manager Role(s)

Depending on the specific portfolio team, your responsibilities as a Crypto Product Manager could include:

• Driving Product Strategy: Leading the strategic development and execution of product roadmaps for L1/L2 blockchain solutions, ensuring perfect alignment with prevailing market needs and overarching company objectives.
• Collaborating with Engineering Teams: Working intimately with software developers to design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and highly efficient blockchain infrastructure.
• Engaging with the Community: Actively interacting with developers, end-users, and other vital stakeholders to gather invaluable feedback, pinpoint critical pain points, and strategically prioritize features that significantly enhance the ecosystem.
• Monitoring Industry Trends: Diligently staying informed about the very latest developments and innovations in blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and related fields to continuously inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
